FS: JL 10ib4 with vibrating problem
Hi,
i got this JL 10ib4 from another CL member about a year and half ago. it was brand new out of the box. i paid $120 for it. i installed it in the stock location. for some reason, the sub itself rattles. i'm not sure what the problem is or whether it's fixable, but if you think you know the problem and want to take it off my hands i'm letting it go for cheap. i've been using it about 1/4 the strength. it has no power problems; it'll get loud it i put it up, but then it'll rattle.
i'll sell it for $35.00 plus shipping (continental US).

yeah i'm not sure. last summer i got someone to look at it and he said it probably was the sub, not the rear deck. but the sub was in the free air spot at the time. then last week i finally took the sub out and just tried it standing in the trunk, and it sounded fine to me. My amp stopped working so i havne't tested it more. i'm going to get it looked at in a store tomorrow hopefully, if they cancheck it before i go into work.

Sorry to all the people making inquiries about the sub. I'm taking it off at least for the time being.
got the amp up and running today and after testing it in the rear deck, this sub is blowing the new sub i got away. i haven't secured anything down or touched amp settings yet so i can't say for sure, but i'm holding on to it for now.
