YES I got the truck for 2500. but I need a transmission I have a trans specialist repairing now for 2650. I hope that I did a good thing by purchasing this fixer upper and i hope that is all that is wrong with the truck. The engine is great in the truck. I got the carfax on it and it only had one owner who regularly serviced the truck and did alot of driving if I am not mistaken like 20,000+ a year . So we will see. I am a little nervous. I want to take this truck on a road trip when it is repaired from NY to SC and ATL.

I just saw your recent post on your mileage. Have you had to replace the transmission?

Hey,, I was reading your post with your girlfriends car, and I also noticed that you were in MD. What part of Md are you in?? You should drop down to the NELOC section of this forum and introduce yourself. There are alot of locals in the area, and we have impromptu meets, gatherings, etc during the warmer months of the year. You should come out and meet some of the locals.
