The whole front end was done, bumper and grill.
you cannot just do the headlights, the shape is different and can not be changed only.
if you attempt the swap, please if you can if you understand how to use multimeter let me know.
I/we need to read resistance value of AFS motor so we can maybe get rid of the error light on dash. turns out my brother already sold the stock headlights and they are already out of our hands. If we can get resistance value , then maybe we can add resistors to the wires needed so when the AFS module first checks at start up will "see AFS motor" and not toss the error code.

got some photos here and there but not really detailed because I had a lot of head scratching through the process.
Wiring schematics were so confusing due to it lumping all option variations on same sheet and they used same connectors but for different purposes.

I've sat down and cleared up HID to HID conversion here and complied all the info. Also tossed in my brothers Parts No list for all connectors, wire terminals as well as actual headlamp, bumper grill etc, he as ordered.
Take a look and hopes it helps you.

from what my brother has told me, its not possible to keep AFS because the newer style headlight does not have that option as it was removed in later years.
I wouldnt recommend moving over the AFS motor. The two headlights are totally different designs all together.
Even the Ballast we need to get specific to the headlight.
The stock one was kind of useless and was not going to be able to provide good weather seal for the projector portion of the headlamp.

Like I mentioned in the thread, easy to get rid of the AFS error, either unplug the AFS module under dash or pull the AFS fuse, BUT you lose the headlamp auto level.

    AFS is LEFT and RIGHT
Auto leveling is UP and DOWN
