Lost my a/c compressor on my 06 RX 400h. Recycle on the way. Do you know how much HYB-ND-11 oil goes in the compressor before you close the system back up & charge it? Looks like about 2-3 ounces.

    Greetings Thomas,
I have one of the Harbor Freight arbor presses and confess that I haven't had to use it yet. I have the parts made for a 20 ton press and am a little reluctant to finish it because I don't have room for it. (that's what happens when you're a tool and equipment freak.) I'm not sure the arbor press would do it. Could always try and if it didn't work, then take it and have King Kong do the job. Shouldn't have to do any heating if there is enough power.
Let me know when you're down for the new grand child. I'll come say Hi and buy you coffee or lunch. Roger

I wanted to ask if you could send me the specifics for removing the trim around the gear shift selector on my RX300. I saw a thread that you where part of that discussed replacing the bulb that illuninates the gearshift selector on the center console (under the cigerette lighter) but it did not include details wrt removing the wood trim. Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks
    Starara
