Hi - saw your post on the high mileage thread where you said that you had to replace the NAV screen. How much did that cost? You said you have less than $500 in car repairs?

My stereo is going crazy. I'm thinking maybe it's the touch screen. Might be heat related. See https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...o-headend.html

    Thanks, Steve

They are downtown, on McBee Ave. Next to the Publix/Staples(I think it's a staples, or office max or something)

So did you ever decide if you were getting rims?

Btw, I dunno if I ever told you about the IS F I saw when I was in getting serviced. But I think I saw where they live. Three times I have passed by the Mcbee homes and it was sitting outside there. At first I thought it was a regular IS with sport rims but noticed 2nd time it was an F. Pretty sure it's that same one I saw getting serviced.

Ahh, What sort of benefits do slots add? I remember looking into it a while back but don't quite remember off the top of my head.

Lol, I keep replying on my own wall, Not sure if mine are original or not, mine has 55k which IIRC yours was older but had lower miles than mine. These look pretty good: Did you go with slotted or smooth? I thought about doing slotted for look but dunno that I want to replace pads often.

Yeah I like how it stands out. Everyone says it looks OEM. Guy was surprised when I told him I did it. So sounds like my rear pads need replaced(soon at least, before next 5k). Where'd you get your parts from? what'd they run you?

Nice, how long did that take you? When I painted my calipers mine looked like they were still good for now.

Which btw if you hadn't seen those:

I may have to redo the vinyl though, when I was doing the clear coat I sprayed too much one time(was in too much of a hurry) and part of it peeled up. Was able to get it back down but not sure how long it will last with cleaning and stuff. Would just be a 10 dollar fix though.

Hey sorry haven't been on in a while! Yeah all is well with the tires, thanks! How are you liking the IS? Surprised I haven't seen you riding around Gvegas any, haha.
