I will buy the new set of wheel. The front is 19X8.5 offset 35 same spec as yours. What did you do to remedy the hole causing from rubbing?

I wonder if I can use the heatgun technique right after I change the wheel to prevent the hole from happening.

Nice! you don't need an alignment when you swap wheels tires though. Only when you change or adjust suspension components is when its necessary.
