instructions for replacing window regulator??
hello, have a 94 es300 w/ a back window that needs to have its regulator replaced. any body know of any good instructions for doing this? i bought the part today and am ready to try and install it.

i once knew a guy who did lexus windows. if i remember correctly, it goes like-
disconnect batt.
open up door (as in, take off the panel)
open window all the way
remove bolts (2-3?) holding the window together
remove the window (pull up through door)
remove old assembly
make sure all parts that will go back in the door are greased properly (teeth still sharp and not stripped, etc)
put the new regulator in, put the bolts back in (the ones that held up the glass)
slide the glass in
i believe this is how it's done.....i watched it a few times and i figure if i had to do it myself next time, it's what i'll do. apologies in advance for not being 100% sure, and for my vagueness.
