Default GS4 Oil Filter: Mobil 1 vs Toyota Stock

For GS400, what's better? Mobil 1 filter, or Toyota Stock version?
The Mobil 1 filter gets decent writeups. However, the Toyota filter LOOKS pretty different than all of the others, has different gasket, number of holes, is larger (longer), and the layout of the filtering material is different inside the package. Does any of that score points for the Toyota filter? Or is Mobil 1 as-good or better? I'd rather use filters that are easier to get, especially if Mobil 1 filter is better quality. The stock filter has to be better than Fram, but just how good is it? Anyone see any test data???

I have had good experiences from my K&N, seems like it flows much better than the Lexus filter for my RX, and this using 15W-50 Mobil 1 at 8,000 foot altitude with the K&N over using 5W-30 Mobil 1/Lexus fitler at almost sea level.

I had used the M1 a couple times, but switched back to the Lexus OEM, mainlky due to Anh's site and other research on filters. I still used Mobil1 oil.
