Default Why is 'boost' negative on N/A?

Why is boost negative on N/A cars?

Is this because you are pulling in air in the manifold (or in the cylinder?)

Opposed to positive boost because air is being 'pushed' into the manifold?

Can a boost guage be added to an N/A car?

"negative boost" is "vacuum" - and yes, you can fit a vacuum gauge to a n/a engine.
