Emission test
Here it is. Illinois, 95 SC400 103K PASSED
Test____Reading___Standard (all in grams)
HC_____0.325_____0.337
CO_____2.333_____19.228
CO2____653.100___N/A
NOX____0.896_____N/A
I still believe the HC is too close, buy hey I have 2 years not too worry about it. Could it be caused by bad, and winter, gas. I waited 40mins to get the test done, could 40 min idle cause this?
Your thoughts.

I have a friend that owns a shop and he did a GSR motor swap (were talking handa civics here). The owener pickup his car and went to get his emmisions done and his HC were off the scale. So he brought it back to my friends shop and we took it to a friends emmisions shop we waited about 5 min. while he set up the machine and the HC were still high. He recomended that we go out and drive at anout 4-5000 rpm in third gear to heat up the Cat. we did this drove directly into his shop no waiting and passed with good numbers. This might help.
