I am having a strange high idle issue 1100 rpms in park. I noticed if I put pressure on this screw located under the TPS on the throttle body it seems to normalize? What is this and can I safely adjust this screw and if so which way?
I have replaced the TPS, cleaned the EGR prefilter, changed the IACV, and replaced the PCV.
