Default Ecu help

To all of you who know if an ecu is bad.... I would like your input on this picture to tell me if it's bad or not. I have a lot of the symptoms of a bad ecu just curious if the pictures justify this.

I don't think so the board looks burnt as well.

Find a ECU repair specialty shop, most of the time, stuff like that is repairable
