What's the best way to clean metal shavings out of the intercooler

Hey, I brought an intercooler kit for a 1jzgte non vvti engine its going into sc300. when i open the box and took off the caps to the inlets metal shavings fellout. Whats the best way to clean the metal shavings out of the intercooler?

yea cx racing i figure it would be easier to buy the kit intsead of putting a kit togeather.

How would you clean the intercooler? I was thinking about hooking up the turbo side piping on the intercooler and letting the engine blow the metal shaving out but thats just a shot in the dark?
