Default 2007 ES350 oil leak

I have a 2007 Lexus ES350. I peaked under my car recently and noticed a bit of oil underneath one of my boots in the passenger side (oil leak #1 in the attachment). There is also small slight oil leak coming from below the serpentine belt (oil leak #2 in the attachment).

In regard to the oil leak #1 in the boot, is that a rack and pinion or the right axle? Is the boot repairable or do I need to replace the whole shaft?

Not sure about oil leak #2 from behind the engine. Anyone know what it is?

Both appear to be due to a leaking CV axle boot clamp.. on the inner boot. You can see grease flung around on the sway bar and where your #1 arrow is pointing. If the grease got onto the power steering rack boot, which is what that is, and look like a leak. Its also possible that you have a leaking power steering rack. It would be best to get the car on a rack, so you can inspect further, clean up the mess, and monitor the leaks.

The rack & pinion is definitely leaking. Common problem.

The fluid near the CV boot could also be oil leaking from the timing cover seal. That's also quite common.

Thanks guys for looking into this. If the rack and pinion is causing the issue, does that explain why when I am going 70-80mph downhill my steering wheel would shake?
Is this a big job to replace the rack and pinion or is it fixable?

I think mine has hydraulic since I have power steering fluid here. It doesn't seem to be leaking from that though.
