I have 2003 GS300 and the mileage is getting close to 3750.
My dealer said that next stop will be 5000 or 4 month and it is free.
Should I go and just ask them to do it early? or I just follow what they say...I see many people here talking about 3750 miles for oil change...since I bought the car and going to keep the car for long time, I want to keep the car in good shape..
Please advice me...

You can do it earier or you can wait until 5 K. Right now all Lexus dealerships are doing 5k interval on all Lexus and it's easier for the customers to bring it back at 10K,15 k and so on.
