92lexus

Hi everyone, I was wondering what symptoms may indicate a bad ignition swtich. What should I be looking for ,as far as sounds, blinking lights,etc. And where is it located ?? The car is a 92 ls400 and has over 130.000 miles on it, so im sure its had its better days. Thanks for your help , barry
