Oops, I just followed Mitsuguy's link on his earlier post. It's the same tool he linked to - Assenmacher TOY640 wrench - and does fit perfectly the Oil filter cover on the 2013 RX350.

Default Mobile one for 130000 miles.

When I owned a 2006 lexus rx400h, I used mobile 1 extended life, 100% synthetic oil and a Mobile one oil filter. Mobile claimed 15000 miles between oil changes. I followed this plan for 7 years and put 130000 miles on the vehicle. Never had a problem and never looked back. Now I have a 2013 rx 350 and I will follow the same plan for this car. I don't have a doubt about Mobile one. I do all my own oil changes!

read your manual... oil change intervals are set for 10k and probably likely to be done at 10k but are recommended at 5k anyways. all lexus vehicles have the same precaution due to driving conditions variations and time intervals. its in your hand book.
so getting it done early is just as good at 2500 then at 5k.

Generally with a full synthetic oil i would go 6-8k miles. Keep in mind that many of the synthetic oils out on the market are a blend of synthetic and conventional motor oil
