Coil Ohms

Does anyone out there have the chart from the TIS of how to ohm out the coils on an IS350? I used to have it but cannot find it. Trying to see what prongs I ohm out and the range of ohms that it should be. Also I am installing a Joe Z intake. Is it mandatory that the battery be disconnected or will the car automatically adjust to the increase in air volume on it's own? Thanks!
