Center Console Gear Shift Light went out

Anyone has DYI step by step on how to replace bulb/fix light by gear shift in the center console for 2006 IS 250.

not specifically familiar with the IS250 light in that location, but is it the one that lights up the different gears?

If so, it is most likely LED's...

Well, not the one in the dash with speedometer. This one is right next to the actual shifter ****.

Yup, in most Lexus' I've seen, those are lit by LED's...

They can still be changed, but they will need to be desoldered and new ones soldered in to place...

Now, again, I have not seen an IS' taken apart, so, ymmv, but, I'd bet money they were LED's in there...
