Default Major Tune-Up Coming for 98 GS400, Advice and Input Welcomed

I recently picked up another GS400 to make my project and before I go nuts with the aftermarket mods I want to do a major tune-up and make sure everything is fresh and ready to go. The car is a '98 and has 195K on it, original motor/trans/rear-end, etc. Two months ago the lower ball joints and upper control arms were replaced and the brakes are good on it still so brakes and suspension shouldn't need any attention. The radiator was replaced 2 months ago as well.

Here's the list of things I'm looking at doing:

-Oil Change (AMSOIL and use AMSOIL Engine Flush Before Oil Change)
-Transmission Fluid Change (AMSOIL ATF)
-Rear-End Fluid Change (AMSOIL Fluid)
-Fuel Strainer/Filter and Sock Replacement (OEM Parts)
-New OEM Air Filter
-New OEM Cabin Filter
-Clean MAF and Throttle Body
-New Spark Plugs (Thinking NGK Iridiums, Any Other Suggestions?)
-High Quality Fuel System Cleaner to Clean Injectors, Lines, Etc. (Chevron or Amsoil)
-Timing Belt/Water Pump/Accessory Belt Setup(All OEM Parts)(Also Considering Doing the Cam Seals, Valve Cover Gaskets, Crank Seal, and Thermostat since I will be right there)

Also what's everyone's opinion on the traditional engine "Sea-Foaming" to clean out internal gunk/deposit build-up? I've done it on previous cars just sucking the sea-foam out of the can through a vacuum line and it has worked great on them.

Anything else I am overlooking that I should be considering to replace or am I going overkill?

The timing belt tensioner and idlers should also be replaced.

I have done seafoam on many cars (from naturally aspirated to forced induction), no issue.
