Default Replacing sparkplug on Lexus 2001 GS300

Can anyone give me help to a How-To on replacing the sparkplugs on 2001 Lexus GS300 or point me in the direction of getting this info? Thanks in advance.

that it perfect ...just be really calm with the middle one taking it out and putting it in is a pain in the you know what....
