help, speedo needle light is out

Is this an easy bulb replacement, or something more involved? If anyone can give p/n (bulb and needle) and directions, I'd appreciate it. It's for my father-in-law's 92 ES300.

No easy fix for speedo needle light! Some use gas needle as a substitute. Search other threads for more info.

I'm trying to prevent it from happening to me by lowering the brightness, especially at night.
