Default Brake Fuses keeping burning up!

I have a 1993 lexus gs300....When I hit the brakes I noticed that the electrical componets in my car would dim. I checked the brake fuse and noticed that the Tip of the fuse was brunt...I put another 20 fuse in there and about a month later same problem, fuse tip brunt again....So for the past couple of months I have just been replacing the fuse...I noticed for the past 2 weeks, the emergency brake light has been popping on and off.....Well yesterday the problem got worse, when I hit the brakes the whole car lost power! So I removed the fuse completly and the car seems fine, when I put the fuse back in the problem comes back......Anybody ever see this problem?
