Gray wheel wells BLAH!
What can be done or sprayed on the wheel wells to make them more black in color instead of the dull gray it is becoming? Is there anything that will last longer than wiping it all down with Armor All that lasts 2 days?

Do not use armorall as it will make the wheels turn grayish after prolonged use. There are certain detailing products that have dye in it and can make them black again. I think the product is called black again or something. You might want to check the detailing forums here: http://autopia-carport.com/

Back to Black is the name of one product that will "stain" faded black plastic black again. I like Meguiar's (www.meguiars.com). Call them up and tell them what happened. I have in mind this product they have, i forget the name, but it will also protect your black parts (bumpers, wipers, little crevices, etc.) from overwax and stuff so it'll be easy to wipe off even if you did get your wheel well dirty again.
