IS300 Bank 1 Sensor 2

The Check Engine Light came on in my 2002 IS300. I got code P0141. I need to replace O2 sensor Bank 1 Sensor 2. Has anyone found a thread with pics on how to do this? I found one for the GS, but I wonder if it's located in the same area.
