so i call lexus today to get a price on a crush ring for the muffler to exhaust pipe...18.81...holy jeepers batman.

then called toyota with the same part number...a good number and the price is 8.51...

so i ordered them from lexus....riiiiiiight.

Bob Rohrman Lexus wants nearly 5.00 for the thing.

Park Plano Lexus has these for about 90 cents.

Rohrman is known to rip off people. Plain and simple. To save on the dollars, I purchase the parts at Plano Lexus now. For all I know, Rohrman probably buys from there and marks it up heavily.

I called up Lexus to see if they had some plastic rivets to re-attach a rubber seal under the hood that goes over the headlight. They said they didn't sell plastic rivets, but they sold the entire assembly, which was a strip of rubber and 5 plastic rivets, for about $36.

Lexus once tried to sell me ATF T-IV for $12 a bottle. Funny but I came there a few days earlier to buy some at $5/bottle. Then the guy proceeds to tell me they can only do it for $6 because that's at cost.
