Vsc Trac Off Cel
Well I just got these 3 lights illuminate on my dashboard. I have a 2006 ES 330 with 28,000 miles. I did a search and found out that it could be code p0171 or p1135 or p0125. I guess it could be anything from MAF to a loose gas cap(i dont think this is the case as i click my gas cap atleast 4 clicks all the time) to a A/F sensor. Due to work I cant make it to Autozone for them to pull the codes until Wednesday. What do you guys think it could be? FYI, the oil gets changed 5k miles with Pennzoil Platinum which time the gas tank also gets a full bottle of Gumout Regane. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

I hope you don't get offense, but please wait until Wednesday and tell us what's going on? Your 2006 ES has more sensors other than the gas cap sensor,MAF and the A/F sensor.

Okay, was able to get the code today. It is P2195.
Definition: Air Fuel(AF) sensor signal stuck lean 11
Probable causes:-
1) Low fuel pressure, plugged injector, vacuum leak
2) Failed AF sensor heater relay
3) Failed AF sensor heater
4) Failed AF sensor
The car runs fine. No rough idle and no decrease in gas mileage. If it wasnt for the idiot lights I wouldnt know the difference. Little maintenance history, I always get gas from a top tier gas station and always ones that move a lot of gas daily. It also gets a dose of Gumout Regane Fuel Injector cleaner every 5K miles religiously. Car has had probably 5 doses of the Regane. Guys have any ideas what might have caused a failure so early in the life of the car? Fluke or my fuel/regane might have something to do with this???
Oh, the guy at Autozone said its Oxygen Sensor Bank 1 Sensor 1. Off to the dealer tomorrow for warranty repair i guess......thanks for any help. take care.

Well as an FYI only, I'll bring a closure to this thread. The car is fixed. They had to change out the 02 sensor. I guess there is a TSB on this and their premature death. The service advisor said 2005 and newer 2006 model ES330 and RX330's all have a tsb for a faulty 02 sensor. Anybody with this problem may want to get the TSB performed. Thanks,
