Default Looking for an honest mechanic, B'ham AL

Can anyone tell me where is a good place to take my lexus in for repair. I know the dealer is the worst place as far as cost. I was hoping to find an honest mechanic at a reasonable price. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I live in Birmingham, Alabama

Thanks

Franklin Automotive. They service Lexus, Toyota, and Volvo. Their service and pricing put Tom Williams Lexus to shame.

They are located just off I-459 between the 280 exit and Acton Road exit.

Default Franklin Automotive

Try Franklin Automotive. Lexus IS one of there specialties. I went there for the first time recently for synthetic oil and filter. Very accommodating , good price appx $85. They also cleared VSC light on dash without me even mentioning ...and no trying to push additional repairs. Called a few days later to see if service was fine and thank me for my business. Shortly after that, received a card in the mail along with a $25 gift card toward my next service and another Thank You. Then, a few days later received a tin of gourmet cookies along with an appreciation note and short survey. Only been there once so far, but they seem to really appreciate the customer. :
