If you are by yourself,the best way is to use a vacuum brake bleeder.All you do is make sure the brake master is full.Then just start on the right rear brake caliper.Hook up the rubber hose from the brake bleeder onto the fitting.While the bleeder is on loosen up the fitting using a 10mm wrench (it might be an 8mm).Let the fluid pump out until there is no more air showing through the clear hose.Keep looking at the brake master cylinder to make sure it is full of fluid.After the air is out retighten the fitting and go to the left rear,right front,and then the left front.
If you can find someone to help you.You can take a rubber hose around 1/4 inch
or so diameter and about 18inches long.Take a clear container and fill with the proper brake fluid to about 2inches or so.Put one end on the right rear brake caliper fitting and the other inside the clear container,making sure the hose is under the fluid.Have a friend pump on the brake pedal while you loosen the brake caliper fitting with a 10mm wrench.Keep having your friend pump on the brake pedal until all the air is out of the line (you can tell by when there is no more bubbles coming out of the hose into the clear container).When all the air is out have your friend hold down on the pedal while you tighten the fitting.Then just go to the left rear,then right front,and then the left front doing the same thing.Just make sure you keep watching and filling up the brake master as you bleed.If the brake master runs out of fluid then you have to start all over.
