Replacing inserts is a pain in the you know where....
Just go to autozone or pepboys and buy aftermarket blades. Rubber is rubber, whether its oem or aftermarket.
Replacing the entire blade is easy. Just pull the complete arm up so it locks itself up away from the windshield. Then turn the blade so its perpendicular to the arm. You will then see a clip, while pushing the small clip in, pull the blade off its support. Then re-install the new one in reverse order...
I know it sounds complicating, but the only way to learn is to DIY. So get ur hands dirty ppl!! Its easy theres nothing to it.
