Default Syntec Blend for IS250

I just take my IS250 for 10k oil change. I find out the dealer used the Castrol Syntec Blend oil. I didn't requested to use this type of oil.
So I have some questions.

1- Should I keep use this Syntec Blend oil in the furture oil change?
2- Should I use the regular oil instead of any syntec oil?
3- My advisor told me that if I want to use Full Synthetic oil, I have to wait until my car hit 30,000 mile. Is it true?

Thanks for any advices!!

No. 3 is pure BS. There used to be a time in a galaxy far far away when using some regular oil first when the vehicle was new was a good thing. However, many modern vehicles now come pre-filled with synthetic.

I would change to synthetic, though there is some good evidence on this board about using 5W20 over 5W30 in terms of synthetic. I will let others comment on this.
