That's a tough one..
Some people say leave it alone b/c changing it now could cause problems.
Unless, it was changed before.
I had a Maxima is 190k on it and when I brought it to get changed the shop was hesitant. They did not want to change it. They told me it could cause problems... When I told them I changed it 3 times already they actually said it would be a good idea to change it.
Becareful.. I know its confusing. Trannies are expensive you might want to run the car over to a trusted transmission shop..
You know what they say... if it ain't broke don't fix it??????

mine also has 175k on the clock, with no record of transmission fluid changes...
I pulled the plug, let all that was in the pan drain, and refill (little more than 2 quarts)... what came out was definitely old, but not entirely burnt up... I plan on doing this every oil change for a while until its nice and pretty red like it's supposed to be...
you have to balance the horror stories with the fact that if your tranny doesn't have good fluid in it, that its just not going to drive right, and will end up destroying it anyways...

Whatever you do, do not do a flush with that mileage A drain and fill is your best bet in this case, and about 3 of them over the next 3 months, given the high mileage and you should be okay.
I would also on the first drain and fill open the tranny pan and see if any particles have accumulated in the pan.
