I bought 10 last year from this guy on EBay. He is selling 4 for $13.99 plus $8.50 shipping.

Maybe these aren't the real thing but it shows the part number on the filter and looks legit to me.

Steve, are you in a position to provide a status on your efforts to get the 90915-20004 filter over on this side of the water?? Curious minds wonder.

When I ordered them I was given a 60 day lead time for them to arrive at my dealer

I was told that 90915-YZZD3 is the new filters that replaced the 90915-20004. and the only way to even get the 90915-20004 is stright from Japan.

I have been using 90915-20002 but don't know much about it. I think it is shorter than the 20004?
I have a case but also 3, UZ-FE engines to feed.

I've been following this thread with interest. I had a similar question once about the 90915-20003. That filter, like the "4" was made in Japan and fitted to Japanese-made engines. They came to the U. S. with the "3" or "4" on the motor.

I was told by a knowledgeable Toyota parts man that the "3" was available thru special order, but that conversation took place about 2 yrs. ago. Out of curiosity, I just called him and asked about the 90915-20004. He said it was no longer available, nor was the filter that superceded it. I didn't inquire about the superceding number.

So if you're going to obtain a "4", it will be part of someone's private stash which won't last too long.

If it were me, I'd bail on this issue and buy whatever the dealer was offering.

Just my 2 cents.

Default 90915-20004 Oil Filter

I am still in for 3 cases of the filter, but I can't seem to find it on the CL GB forum. Steve, how do I obtain the filters? Thanks for your help in getting them. For those who think the price is too high, that leaves more for me.

They are listed on their website L-tunedparts.com for 12.00, but for some reason are not on the vendor page yet. I wonder if we call and order them direct, will they give a CL price?
