Search function was really sucking this morning... and first posted about Longo service... but, now the function looks like it's working again, and I was shocked to see the stories about Longo - YIKES!

Here's the situation: My gf needs to take in her 99 RX300 (under extended warranty) for a odd sound coming from the engine under hard acceleration. Also, she's due for a 90K service soon, and I'm coming up on a 60K, so I figured I would call on you guys to see if you have any suggestions.

I want to find a good contact that is straight up about things, and will do what they can to fix problems (as compared to Longo, who appears to care less!).

Looks like Glendale and Westminister are near the top. I've had some experience at Lexus of T.O. and Keyes on Van Nuys... I'll keep seraching this AM... but any add'l input would be appreciated. Thanks.

Go to Lexus of Glendale. Mike is service manager. They have 150 loaner cars and are a Club Lexus vendor. If you're too far to drive in they will send a flatbed truck out to pick up your cars at no extra charge and you only need to give them a few days notice. They will take good care of you.
