Default 92 SC400 Washer fluid not working

I stored my SC400 for the winter, and when I brought it out this year nothing happens when I hit the windshield washer button. (no motor sound and no fluid comes out (reservoir is full) The Wipers themselves work and I looked at the fuse panel and it looks like the washer motor and wiper motor use the same fuse? Wondering if anyone can confirm this, and also wondering if anyone has any other suggestions of things I can look for.

At the bottom base for the washer reservoir is the motor. Unplug it and check for 12 Volts when you trip the motor switch. The motors are usually held in place with a steel clip. This clip removed, the motor pulls out of the plastic tank. I would suspect your motor has met it's match; leaked and rusted solid.

Recommend siphoning out the fluid prior to removing the motor. Removing the fill tube strainer, repeat a siphon/fill with distilled water a few times to clean out the tank. A 5/16 I.D. clear plastic hose obtained from a hardware store siphons washer fluid and the water well.
