rear a/c does not work

I have a 99 LX470. I have had no issues with the vehicle or a/c until now. I press the rear a/c button and the light nor the power comes on. I also went to the rear control and it does not work either. Any suggestions before I take it to a mechanic.

Check to see if there is a separate fuse for the rear a/c. Maybe it just blew a fuse? I know that my 06 GX470 has a separate 30 amp fuse for the rear a/c.

From your sig, look like you got a lot of rear entertainment system done on your LX. I would check all the installation on those system first and then check all the fuses.
