Default Windows weather strip Winter Care

How do people care for the rubber weather strips of their doors and windows? I've heard to spray silicone. Silicone lubricant? My windows are sticking as the temps drop and figured I should start doing this. Is silicone lubricant safe to use with tinted windows?

Wipe with wet towel first to clean the exisiting dirt out, it will be very dirty.
dry it, use silicon spray for all the rubber parts.

Rubber protectant "303 Aerospace" or "Vinylex" have kept mine looking new. The europeans like talcum powder applied with small sock.
