Default Need '93 SC300 Traction Control bleeding proceedures

I need the step by step for bleeding the traction control system on my '93 SC300. Right after engine startup, I get a noise that sounds like a pump that is starving for fluid. Then when I start moving, it does it a couple of times more, and the TRAC light comes on. Also at night, when the lights are on, whatever is making that noise is making the headlights go dim for a second.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Steve.

Try to disconnecting the battery altogether and allowing the ECUs to reset. That may fix your problem, as I've read that it has for others in the past. You may have to wait a few days before everything is sorted out.

Other than that, I've read about a traction control ECU that will run you major amounts of money from Lexus.

check for any and all leaks near that master cylinder, all hoses in that region- and in the meantime, i will try to find a pic under the hood and post up the unit i'm talking about...good luck!

There is procedure on CL for bleeding the Trac unit on an SC400, not sure how to do it for a 300 tho, being different engines and all.

I am changing the high pressure hose that goes from the brake res. to the traction accumulator. I just need the proceedure for bleeding the traction control system,, I cant get the trac pump to run to get all of the air out. Does anybody know how?
