Default replacing master cylinder?

Has anyone done this before, this is on a 99 gs300? Bleeding process required for the cylinder? How difficult is it to replace?

master on ur bench
fill up resuvor
open the plasic screws let it gravity blead
do all 4 and done

dont forget to blead the entire system when ur done

Thanks Kool, I went ahead and did it myself on Monday after waiting 2 days without getting any replys. $1500.00 part and free labor.
