How often do you guys runin Synthetic change your oil?

Did any one experience oil leaks after switching to Synthetic?

And were would the best place be to lift the SC from using a jack (im using a craftsman hydraulic jack)

Ohhh and can any one tell me what the best way is to get oil stains off of cement .

Mobil 1 5W-30, I change it and the filter every 5k miles.
Have used synthetic in my previous 2 cars and never had any leaks. But mind you, the engines in all 3 cars were well maintained from the start, so there would have been no reasons for any leaks in the past two and there is no reason why using synthetic in my current ES will cause a leak.

I change the oil at about 4k miles. The reason I change so early (since using synthetic) is that the motor is up to 188K miles. I'm fairly cautious Plus, it gives me an opportunity to check that oil for filings and hopefully prevent a major failure.

No leaks when switching.

Put the Hydraulic in the same spot as the Lexus jack. If your Craftsman is a low profile with a long reach, then you can go all the way underneath and lift from the frame rails.

I usually use 5 bottles of 10W-30 in the summer and I switch to 5W-30 in the winters. I've been going back and forth between Mobil1 and Royal Purple, whichever is cheaper at the time. 5 quarts usually leaves me about 3/4 the way up to Full mark. I throw the 6th bottle in the trunk for just in case, but have never had to use it.
