Default need help on identifying a fuse (GS400)

this is the fuse box next to the diagnostic port on the driver side..

the two arrows are supposed to have fuses in them, but im not sure what kind. the first arrow to the left i have no clue, and i think its to my DRL's (they were disabled when i bought the car). the fuse box cap says DRL no2 but i have no idea what fuse to put in it.

the second arrow shows 2 slots for 15A fuses, only i cant find any that fit! the samll ones used in the other fuse boxes are too small, and other ones are too big.

I'm pretty sure once these fuses are put into place ill have my DRL's running. Hopefully unless i'm missing somethign else.

Also in the use box on the passenger side of the car, there's a box type fuse that seems to be missing, without yanking on another fuse, can anyone tell me what type goes there?
