Question Help: Buying a 1992 Lexus Sc300 w 130k miles

Im about to purchase a used SC300 of this one guy, and it has a 130k miles on the clock. It was throughly maintained according to the owner. He mentioned changing the waterpump, radiator, and timing belt. The owner is a middle-aged executive type businessman so he never fixes his own car nor change his own oil. He sent it to the Lexus dealership at first, then to an idependent shop. He has a stackload of service receipts.

Im not too familiar bout what must be replaced at what intervals on this car. What services performed should I look for in those receipts?

Water Pump, timing belt and tune up are the most important maintenance wise. A transmission flush would be good too. Check the power steering pump isn't leaking, also check LCA bushings.

Oh. sorry for not providing a price. He wants 5900 but I think I'll get it for couple hundred bucks lower.

Sounds like a pretty nice car for the price that has been well maintained Offer $5,500 & extended your hand out to him to close the deal! Good Luck!
