Anybody have a suggestion on what to use to remove scuff marks from the backs of the front seats and on the door sills???

I tried just a wet cloth, but that didn't really get the job done-- vinylex? lexol? Help please...

I would definitely try Lexol first. You know you're safe with this.

Default scuff marks

You might want to try WD-40. That stuff is pretty good.
Good luck.

Question

Wayne300,

WD40 on leather?

Won't that discolor it?

Remember the door sills and the backs of the seats arent leather.

Prolong Super Cleaner works very well at removing scuffs from the particular kind of soft plastic Lexus uses.

Alrighty...

So, let's see -- suggestions include:

Lexol (is that safe to use on Vinyl?)
Vinylex
WD-40 (not too secure/sure about this one)

Dealersol -- what is this? I'll ask the dealership.

Prolong Super Cleaner -- Where can I get this???

Do you guys just rub it on, then follow with a wet rag? Whatever I decide, I'll be sure to try it on a less visible piece of material....

Thanks for everyone's input!

On any type of cleaner use a clean white cloth,DO NOT USE A RED RAG,this is the only color that you can not get out.yes your lexus dealer will have the dealer sol, they will more than likely give you some in a jar for free,if you are a good customer
Just put it on a WHITE rag a clean away, don't use any water after,it is good on leather, carpet any thing in the interior
