Okay, I'm sure a few of you have noticed all my posts *****ing and whining about the way the supposedly Lexus certified body shop dicked me over in every hole I have.

Okay well now it's like 90 and guess what! NO A/C! And guess why, cause the condenser wire has a leak! And guess what the mechanic who was trying to fill my freon said! He said "was this car in an accident, it looks like it was caused by an accident and never was fixed, and your side panel trim wasn't glued correctly and it's falling off and your running board end caps are missing screws"! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH those dirty bastards, I know I'm gonna call them up and their gonna try to **** me over again and try to charge me 09509435954379843759437 dollars to fix it!

WHAT SHOULD I DO?!??!?!?!

P.S. How much does a part like that go for, I'm sure I can find it from a recycler online or from a Toyota dealer, I have a cousin who can do the labor.

Francis, I think that now is about the time to use the Lexus Customer Satisfaction number.........you've been given far too much of the ol' ramalamadingdong and have been very patient. From all that I've read re LCS, those folks are pretty serious about maintaining Lexus' reputation as indisputable quality and satisfaction leader. They should certainly be able and willing to apply the redhot poker to the body shop (they obviously don't need to be working on any more Lexi) and find you a more capable shop to properly repair your ride. 1-800-255-3987.

Have all details; don't froth at the mouth when relating the story.......they're on your side.
