Okay, so the weather has gotten a little nicer up in Canada over the last couple of days, and I'm ever hopeful its here to stay so I can get to work on the car.....anyway, I was hoping to chnage my license plate frame as my current ones looking pretty gross. The front came off easily, however the rear screws (they're the white plastic ones that were put on at the dealership) won't budge.....either way!!! Am I missing something here? How do I get these out? Do I need to get in behind the plate or what? Any suggestions would be great...thanks in advance.

It sounds like some rust has set in the threads of your license plate screws, causing them to not loosen at all. Try applying some WD-40 under the screws and see what happens.
