Default Oil or power steering fluid on header causing smoking?

I have a 95 ES300 and every morning I have to deal with some kind of burning smell that's eminating from the engine bay causing it to smoke (colored white) for about 5-10 minutes and then it's gone. It seems to be dripping down on the header. I can see a small amount of liquid, but i'm not sure what exactly it is. A previous shop said my power steering was leaking, but the pump was changed 8 months ago. where's the power steering pump located? Could it be that or is it definitely oil? I'm afraid I'm about to get rid of the old girl....I'd appreciate any feed bac

Sound like the valve cover gaskets are leaking oil. It's common problem on the ES.
