misfiring cylinders?

Default misfiring cylinders?

my engine light came on yesterday and i checked the codes with an OBDII scan tool. It said my cylinders 3 and 4 were misfiring. how should i go about fixing this? do i just change the spark plugs and the wires? please help me with any advice. thanks!

spark plugs/wires.

how many miels and im assuming an es300...what year?

also could be a coil.

what model lexus you got....i got a 96 sc300 mines say missfireing on cylinder 1 and 6...i changed everything it still comes up..damme light.. but i am going to change the clutch fan and the fan and i hope that is the problem..because one of the fins is broken on the fan so it makes the engine shake..it could be your 02 censors located on the headers..that will cause missfire too..that is my last solution on my car...
