Hi guys. What's the "chock oil leak"?

I just did an inspection of my 92' lexus es300. And they told me there is a little bit chock oil leak. I can see some clear yellow oil such like salad oil on my garage's ground. But the mechanist said it does not matter. Can anyone tell me it really does not matter? If I want to repair it, around how much?

Any suggestion is welcome.
