I never once changed my EGR filter until about a month ago. I put a new piece of a foam style filter in there, and when I checked it a few days ago one side (not sure which letter) was really clogged with oil.

The other two sides weren't as bad, but one side is a little soaked. Anyone have any ideas why or what's wrong if there's oil clogging from any one of those hoses (lettered)
