Hey guys... i've got a 92 SC3 and the engine is a bit louder than what a lexus is suppose to sound... i'm guessing it needs a valve adjustment (based off previous experience with cars)

anyways... my question is... would it be cheaper to get this serviced at a toyota dealership, lexus dealership, or 3rd party?

and which would you guys recommend?

I also live in so cali (diamond bar, 91765) so if anyone could give any recommendations.. that'd be awesome
